• Developing and monitoring KPI for sales frontliners (SPG& Merchandiser)
• Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools andreport progress to all sales team.
• Create and develop the tools to increase our front linersperformance such as uniform, video guideline, guidebook, product catalog,reporting application, etc.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities andplans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, andsuggesting system improvements to achieve the company's goals.
• Working closely on all online and offline sales channelwith the team and develop strategic plans for increasing the sales.
• Leading, coordinating & developing globalproject in Company
• Developing sales talk, catalogue and othersupporting tools for the frontliner team
• Discuss, develop brand materials support with MKT & S&CM team

• Bachelor Degree
• Proficient in Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Powerpoint is a must
• Fluent in written & spoken English
• Experience in FMCG Company is a plus
• Have experience/knowledge in handling SPG or Beauty Advisors
• Professionalism, have good communication & negotiation skills
• High initiative & creativity, strong learning ability
• Willing to travel all over Indonesia
• Experiencein video editing, design & fluent in speaking is plus value
