Job description
- Responsible for a Computer hardware such as desktop/laptop/printer/access point/windows server/OS, IT Security (Firewall) & Networking, PABX, Google Coud
- Able to set up, configure, manage and trouble shoot LAN, Wireless Access, Cabling, Internet access, video confrencing
- Trouble shooting Windows 10 / Windows 11 and Office 365 Experience in Linux. Familiar with Mikrotik and network devices.
- Located in Jakarta Selatan
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree in Informatics Tecnician, Computer Science and System Information
- Have experience in Helpdesk
- Familiar with LInux, Mikrotik, LAN, Firewall, Internet, Cloud, dan able to operates Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
