Field Investigator

We are looking for a Fraud Investigation professional to conduct field investigations, verify customer and merchant information, identify potential fraud, and gather supporting evidence. This role will cover the Jabodetabek area and work closely with relevant teams to analyze findings and provide clear investigation reports and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations and verification based on assigned cases across Jabodetabek.
• Investigate customers, merchants/POS, and Sales/SC to verify information and identify potential irregularities.
• Conduct field observations and interviews with relevant parties to gather accurate information and supporting evidence.
• Verify the consistency between system data, submitted documents, and actual field conditions.
• Identify potential fraud or policy violations, including cash-out/encashment, customer nominees, data manipulation, fictitious transactions, and procedural violations.
• Collect, verify, and document investigation evidence, including photos, videos, documents, recordings, and other supporting data.
• Prepare clear investigation reports, including case chronology, findings, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Escalate significant findings and relevant information to the appropriate teams for further investigation or action. 

Key Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Law, Criminology, Management, Accounting, or other relevant fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in investigation, fraud, risk management, audit, field verification, collection, or related areas.
• Experience in banking, multifinance, fintech, or other financial institutions is preferred.
• Experience conducting field investigations and verification involving customers, merchants/POS, and Sales/SC is a plus.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to identify irregularities, assess evidence, and draw clear conclusions.
• Good interviewing and communication skills to gather information from relevant parties during investigations.
• Able to collect, verify, and document evidence accurately, including photos, videos, documents, and other supporting data.
• Willing to conduct field investigations across Jabodetabek and comfortable with a role that requires high mobility.
