Strategy & Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute company’s funding strategy in line with business growth and liquidity requirements.
• Lead negotiations with funding partners to achieve competitive and sustainable commercial terms.
• Identify, assess, and develop new business opportunities/ partnership structures that can contribute to company’s growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, bank, financial institutions, ecommerce, and ecosystem players.
• Lead strategic project/ partnership initiatives from opportunity identification through negotiation, implementation, and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, funding, banking, fintech, financial services, corporate strategy, partnerships, or related fields.
• Strong networks and experience dealing with banks, financial institutions, fintechs, or strategic partners.
• Experience in funding, lending, or digital financial services is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial analysis skills.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of the Indonesian financial services and fintech ecosystem.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
