Job description
- Manage 14–32 people
- Carry out production tasks, monitor production status and real-time production curves every hour, and interpret standard time deviations.
- Guide and train new employees, organize materials, maintain discipline, and ensure that production materials and tools are prepared one hour before shift changes.
- Oversee smooth operations, handle material/tool issues, and carry out other tasks assigned by immediate superiors.
Job requirements
- Good health, without any infectious diseases
- Minimum Senior High School
- Good management and organizational coordination skills, strong communication skills
- Good Team work and good working attitude
- Able to communicate both in English and Mandarin
- Have an experience in Electronic Industry is advantage
