Senior Bank Operations Associate

What You Will Do:

• Manage the full lifecycle of subsidiary bank accounts, including opening, closure, and maintenance.
• Act as the primary contact for daily banking matters (operational issues, limits, tokens, signatories).
• Monitor daily bank balances and cash inflows/outflows.
• Prepare and submit daily cash position reports to Holding Treasury.
• Execute and validate bank payments for vendors, reimbursements, and operational needs.
• Download monthly bank statements and perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain complete and accurate treasury documentation and payment logs.
• Support Financial Reporting and Financial Operations teams with banking-related data.
• Identify and escalate treasury-related risks, irregularities, or control issues.
• Continuously improve bank operation processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 2–5+ years’ experience in banking operations, treasury, or finance.
• Strong hands on experience in:
• Bank account management,
• Bank payment processing,
• Bank reconciliation,
• Petty cash & corporate card handling.
• High level of accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple bank accounts and banking relationships.
• Able to communicate clearly for operational coordination and documentation.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive in managing transactions.
• Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and structured controls.
