Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including town halls, team-building activities, recognition programs, and culture events
Coordinate event logistics such as venue setup, materials preparation, scheduling, and attendance tracking to ensure smooth execution
Manage engagement calendars and maintain organized documentation of past initiatives and outcomes
Assist in delivering onboarding experiences by preparing materials, welcome kits, and orientation agendas for new hires
Maintain and continuously improve onboarding guides, templates, and process documentation
Support the rollout of internal culture and values-based campaigns to strengthen employee experience
Job requirements
What We Are Looking For:
Final-year student or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication skills, with confidence in both written and spoken English
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
A proactive mindset, you’re comfortable taking initiative and figuring things out as you go
Interest in people, culture, and creating meaningful employee experiences
Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for daily collaboration
Basic design skills using Canva (or similar tools) to create engaging internal content
