Job description

What You Will Do:

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including town halls, team-building activities, recognition programs, and culture events
  • Coordinate event logistics such as venue setup, materials preparation, scheduling, and attendance tracking to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage engagement calendars and maintain organized documentation of past initiatives and outcomes
  • Assist in delivering onboarding experiences by preparing materials, welcome kits, and orientation agendas for new hires
  • Maintain and continuously improve onboarding guides, templates, and process documentation
  • Support the rollout of internal culture and values-based campaigns to strengthen employee experience

Job requirements

What We Are Looking For:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in both written and spoken English
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • A proactive mindset, you’re comfortable taking initiative and figuring things out as you go
  • Interest in people, culture, and creating meaningful employee experiences
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for daily collaboration
  • Basic design skills using Canva (or similar tools) to create engaging internal content
