Job description

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain and update employee data and organizational structure in the HR Information System (HRIS)
  • Support the execution of People Development programs.
  • Assist in the end-to-end performance review process, including data preparation, tracking, and administrative support
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation across all people development related processes

Job requirements

What We Are Looking For:

  • Recently completed a degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • Highly detail-oriented, meticulous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous internship experience (HR-related experience is a plus)
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
