What You Will Do:
Legal Administration & Documentation
- Assist in organizing, maintaining, and updating legal documents and contract databases.
- Prepare and manage legal filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Monitor contract execution status, document completeness, and contract expiration dates.
- Assist in collecting and compiling supporting documents required for legal and corporate matters.
- Maintain corporate records, licenses, permits, and legal documentation across group entities.
Legal Research
- Conduct legal and regulatory research on various areas of law, including corporate, commercial, employment, technology, and financial services regulations.
- Prepare research summaries, legal updates, and briefing notes for the Legal team.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assist in preparing regulatory update reports.
Contract & Corporate Support
- Assist in preparing standard legal documents, correspondence, and templates.
- Support contract review processes by conducting preliminary document checks and identifying missing information.
- Assist in preparing corporate documents, board resolutions, powers of attorney, and other supporting legal documents.
- Coordinate document execution and signature processes with internal and external stakeholders.
General Legal Support
- Assist the Legal team in legal due diligence and document collection exercises.
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up action trackers.
- Support cross-functional legal projects and special assignments as required.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Legal team.
