What You Will Do:
Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor and track relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory updates issued by OJK, Bank Indonesia, Komdigi, and other relevant authorities.
- Assist in reviewing regulatory developments and assessing their impact on the Company's business activities.
- Maintain compliance registers, regulatory trackers, and supporting documentation.
- Support the implementation of compliance initiatives and internal controls.
Product & Business Compliance
- Assist in reviewing business processes, products, and operational activities from a legal and compliance perspective.
- Support cross-functional teams in identifying regulatory requirements applicable to new initiatives.
- Escalate potential legal and compliance risks to management when necessary.
Legal Drafting & Contract Management
- Draft, review, and maintain standard legal documents and agreements, including:
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Service Agreements
- Partnership Agreements
- Vendor Agreements
- Employment-related documents
- Other commercial contracts
- Coordinate contract execution and maintain contract records and databases.
- Assist in reviewing legal terms and identifying key legal risks in agreements.
Corporate Legal & Licensing
- Maintain corporate records, licenses, permits, and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with external counsel, consultants, and notaries as required.
- Support corporate actions and legal documentation processes.
- Assist in legal due diligence and document collection exercises.
Regulatory Reporting & Regulatory Liaison
- Support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and filings.
- Assist in responding to regulatory requests and information inquiries.
- Maintain records of regulatory correspondence and submissions.
- Follow up on action items arising from regulatory reviews and audits.
Data Privacy & Consumer Protection
- Assist in reviewing customer-facing legal documents, including Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies.
- Support compliance with applicable data protection and consumer protection requirements.
- Assist in handling customer complaints or regulatory matters with legal or compliance implications.
Policies, Procedures & Governance
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating internal policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support compliance training and awareness programs for employees.
- Maintain records of policy reviews, approvals, and training activities.
- Assist with internal compliance reviews and monitoring activities.
