What You Will Do:
Process Discovery & Analysis
- Learn and understand end-to-end operational processes across multiple business functions.
- Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to visualize current operational practices.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, process gaps, and operational risks.
- Gather business requirements through observation, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyze operational issues and translate findings into actionable insights.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in root cause analysis sessions and problem-solving workshops.
- Recommend process enhancements based on data, operational observations, and stakeholder feedback.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to building a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Process Documentation & Governance
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, policies, and operational guidelines.
- Ensure documentation follows company standards and remains up-to-date.
- Support process standardization efforts across teams and functions.
- Maintain process repositories and knowledge management systems.
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational data from various sources.
- Monitor key operational metrics and identify performance trends.
- Create reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Measure the effectiveness and impact of process improvement initiatives.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Support operational excellence projects from planning through execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information and align project objectives.
- Facilitate discussions, follow-ups, and project tracking activities.
- Actively communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations.
