Job description

What You Will Do:

  • Support daily office operations by assisting with routine administrative tasks and promptly reporting or helping resolve basic operational issues.
  • Assist with business travel reconciliation, track and summarize courier/expedition usage, record invoices, and maintain archive filing.
  • Support petty cash processes and help manage working permit documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining company assets and office facilities by tracking inventories.

Job requirements

What We Are Looking For:

  • Open to fresh graduates with a minimum diploma degree in any major.
  • Proficient in MS Office and back-office software (ERP systems) or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with an understanding of basic office and business principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English.
  • Experience in organizational committees or volunteering is a plus.
