Finance Planning & Analyst Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Performance Analyst / Finance Controller to monitor and analyze business performance from a financial perspective.

This role focuses on financial analysis, margin monitoring, cost analysis, and KPI tracking to support management decision making.

This is not an accounting operations role.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Performance Monitoring

• Monitor sales, margin, and cost structure
• Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actual vs Previous Period)
• Analyze performance by branch, product, and channel

Margin & Cost Analysis

• Identify drivers of margin changes
• Analyze discounts, marketing cost, and logistics cost
• Detect cost inefficiencies

Inventory & Working Capital Monitoring

• Monitor inventory turnover, aging, and slow moving items
• Analyze inventory impact on cash flow

Reporting & Dashboard

• Prepare weekly performance dashboards
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports
• Identify business risks and red flags

Candidate Profile

Experience:

4 – 8 years in:

• FP&A
• Finance Controller
• Business Analyst
• Big4 / Consulting
• Retail / FMCG / Distribution finance

Skills:

• Strong Excel & financial modeling
• Variance analysis
• Business performance analysis
• Dashboard reporting
