Job description

  • Lead, supervise, and provide direction to Sales Executives to achieve company sales targets.
  • Develop effective sales strategies and action plans based on market trends, competition analysis, and company capabilities.
  • Build, prepare, and maintain a high-performing sales team through coaching, mentoring, and continuous performance evaluation.
  • Design and deliver induction programs and product knowledge training to ensure sales team readiness.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and monitor sales programs, promotional activities, and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance to Management for strategic decision-making.


Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Proven track record in property sales with minimum 5 years of experience in a senior managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a large sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated loyalty, integrity, and high commitment to achieving results.
  • Familiar with property market trends and able to adapt strategies to dynamic market conditions.


Benefits

The Sales Manager is entitled to receive a monthly basic salary, fixed allowances, and performance-based incentives and/or bonuses based on sales target achievement, payable in accordance with company policy and subject to applicable tax regulations.
