PAC Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Undertake the PAC maintenance & service reporting to customers
• Undertake the PAC repair & troubleshooting according to predetermined SLA
• Undertake the PAC testing & commissioning based on product specifications
• Determine spare parts & technical solutions as requested 
• Coordinate with principals & product owners during testing & project planning
• Diagnose and provide solutions within defined service level agreements (SLA)
• Perform all work in a safe manner and in accordance with established company safety policies
• Provide technical support for the Sales & Partner team as needed
• Attend customer meetings or discussions as needed
• Coordinate and be responsible for all PAC service reports that must be submitted to customers and leader either daily or monthly

Requirements:

• Have a minimum high school degree in Cooling and Refrigerator, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Have 1-3 years experience in electricity, installation, repair, and maintenance of PAC (small to large capacities)
• Understand project management
• Having electrical or PAC certification is preferable
• Strong problem solving & verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or with a group
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Able to join immediately
• Willing to work overtime
• Domicile in Jakarta
