Staff Quality Assurance (QA)

1. Conduct quality inspections and testing of products, processes, or systems.
2. Prepare and maintain QA documentation such as test reports, checklists, and SOPs.
3. Ensure compliance with internal standards, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
4. Identify non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis.
5. Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
2. Experience: Minimum 1 year in quality assurance/quality control. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.

Skills:

1. Knowledge of QA/QC processes, methodologies, and tools.
2. Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Good documentation and reporting skills.
5. Certification (Optional): ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage.
