Job description
- Conduct market research and identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Develop and improve products from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Technology.
- Analyze product performance and recommend enhancements based on data and customer feedback.
- Prepare product documentation, business requirements, and development plans.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments.
- Support product testing, validation, and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure product delivery aligns with business objectives and customer expectations.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and interpret data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
