Manager Product Owner (PO)

• Strategic Vision: The ability to define a product vision and strategically prioritize features. 
• Backlog Management: Expertise in creating, managing, and prioritizing the product backlog and user stories. 
• Agile Facilitation: Confidence in leading sprint ceremonies, such as stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. 
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to gather requirements and analyze business value.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree: A degree in computer science, business, information technology, or a related field is often required. 

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar delivery role is a common requirement. 

Agile Experience: Proven experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is fundamental. 

Technical Skills

Product Management Tools: Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence for backlog management. 

Understanding of Technology: Familiarity with the technologies relevant to the product is beneficial.
