Manager HRD & GA

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HRD & GA Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources and general affairs. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment and employee relations, and managing administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive work environment and supporting organizational growth.

Proven experience in HR and GA management, preferably in a managerial role

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and general affairs functions

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field
