• Analyze HR processes and policies across business units and recommend improvements
• Lead and support implementation of new HR systems, procedures, and projects
• Partner with HR Leaders in business units on recruitment, talent development, and HR integration
• Develop and maintain HR tools and documents (job descriptions, handbooks, appraisal forms)
• Manage labor & employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and related regulations
• Support the design of compensation, rewards, and recognition programs
• Use HR data, KPIs, and financial metrics to measure HR initiative effectiveness and prepare reports for management
• Oversee HRIS (TALENTA) data accuracy and personnel records for Corporate employees
• Drive employer branding initiatives, including job fairs and partnerships with schools/universities
Education: Bachelor's degree (HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred)
• Experience:
• 2-3 years' experience in Human Resources managerial roles
• Background in the Hospitality Industry or Tourism
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices
• Experience in performance management, organizational design, and training needs analysis
• Proficient in interviewing techniques and end-to-end recruitment
• High level of integrity, accountability, and sound decision-making
• Proactive, positive, and result-oriented with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English; proficient in MS Office
