Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Implementation

  • Own the requirement-gathering and implementation process for the most complex or strategic client accounts.
  • Design tailored application configurations for clients with non-standard or highly complex requirements.
  • Act as the senior liaison between clients and internal technical teams for high-priority or escalated engagements.

Expert Consultation & Enablement

  • Serve as the subject-matter expert providing strategic consultation to clients on Performance Management, Talent Management, and Recruitment.
  • Partner with clients at leadership level to design Performance Management, Talent Management, and Recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and facilitate advanced workshops and training curricula for clients and, where needed, for internal team enablement.

Standards, Quality & Technical Leadership

  • Define and maintain the methodology, quality standards, and best-practice frameworks used across the implementation team.
  • Review and validate the work of Senior HR Development Implementors and HR Development Implementors on complex or high-risk engagements.
  • Advise the Supervisor of HR Professional Services on escalated client issues, solution feasibility, and risk mitigation.

Reporting

  • Report to the Supervisor of HR Professional Services about strategic client needs, risks, and systemic issues on a regular basis.


Job requirements

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent; a relevant certification or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of working experience handling Performance Management, Talent Management, LMS, or Recruitment, including significant experience in an HRIS company.
  • Expert-level knowledge of People Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, LMS, and Project Management.
  • Excellent analytical, consultative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions for non-standard requirements.
  • Excellent presentation and executive-level client communication skills.
  • Highly comfortable leading strategic discussions with client leadership.
  • Independent, fast learner, and able to manage the most complex and high-stakes client engagements.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and technical mentoring skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities across multiple high-priority accounts.
