Job description
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent; a relevant certification or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of working experience handling Performance Management, Talent Management, LMS, or Recruitment, including significant experience in an HRIS company.
- Expert-level knowledge of People Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, LMS, and Project Management.
- Excellent analytical, consultative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions for non-standard requirements.
- Excellent presentation and executive-level client communication skills.
- Highly comfortable leading strategic discussions with client leadership.
- Independent, fast learner, and able to manage the most complex and high-stakes client engagements.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and technical mentoring skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities across multiple high-priority accounts.
