Surveyor

• Conduct land and site surveys using specialized equipment (e.g., GPS, total station, theodolite).
• Measure distances, angles, and elevations to establish property boundaries.
• Prepare and maintain survey data, maps, reports, and legal documents.
• Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers on construction and development projects.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
• Monitor changes in land features and update records accordingly.
• Ensure all survey work complies with safety standards and legal requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Surveyor or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in surveying tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS).
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
