Job description
- Conduct quality inspections and testing of products, processes, or systems.
- Prepare and maintain QA documentation such as test reports, checklists, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis.
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies (manual & automation).
- Hands-on experience with QA tools such as JIRA, Postman, Selenium, or similar.
- Knowledge of API testing, regression testing, and UAT.
- Ability to create and execute test plans, test cases, and detailed test reports.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and systematic issue detection.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with Product, Development, and UI/UX teams.
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments is a plus.
- English proficiency (at least passive) is an advantage.
