Job description
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
- Provide legal advice and support to internal departments.
- Conduct research on laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Support dispute resolution and litigation processes.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in legal or corporate law (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
