Job description

The HRGA Staff is responsible for supporting daily Human Resources and General Affairs operations to ensure smooth and efficient company activities. This role involves handling administrative HR processes such as employee data management, attendance monitoring, contract administration, and assisting in recruitment and onboarding activities. The HRGA Staff also supports performance management, training coordination, and internal HR communications.


On the General Affairs side, this position manages office facilities, assets, and supplies, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-organized working environment. The HRGA Staff coordinates with vendors, handles office maintenance, and supports company events or internal activities. Additionally, this role assists in enforcing company policies, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with internal regulations and applicable labor laws.


The HRGA Staff works closely with internal stakeholders to provide reliable administrative support, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a positive employee experience across the organization.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, GA, or administrative roles; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee administration, attendance, payroll support, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations is an advantage.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using HR systems or databases.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling employee data.
  • Willingness to support General Affairs tasks such as vendor coordination, office management, and company events.
