Social Media Specialist

We’re hiring a Social Media Specialist to own content creation and performance across our channels by translating product science into engaging, trend-driven content.

Jobdesc :

• Plan and execute content (ideation, scripting, and on-camera talent when needed).
• Translate dermatology and product science into engaging, accurate content.
• Monitor and optimize performance (views, engagement, watch time, saves, conversion).
• Stay updated with trends and adapt content formats quickly.
• Collaborate with brand, KOL, and product teams for alignment.

• 1–2 years in social media/content marketing (beauty preferred).
• Confident on camera with strong communication skills.
• Able to simplify dermatology concepts into consumer-friendly content.
• Data-driven in analyzing content performance.
• Creative, trend-aware, and able to maintain brand credibility.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent).
