Project Manager

You will:

• Lead a large-scale CRM implementation project within the banking industry
• Work with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Manage multi-system integration projects
• Drive customer experience transformation
• Lead a high-performing team of consultants, developers, and architects
• This role offers exposure to enterprise-scale system implementation and digital transformation initiatives.

What will you do:

• As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the project end-to-end.
• Project Planning & Execution
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Ensure delivery of project objectives within scope, timeline, and budget
• Lead project governance and reporting
• Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors
• Facilitate workshops and requirement discussions
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management
• Delivery Management
• Oversee all phases of project implementation: Requirement & Design, System Development, Integration, Testing (SIT / UAT), Deployment & Go-Live, Post-Go-Live stabilization

• 8+ years experience in IT Project Management
• Experience managing enterprise system implementation projects
• Experience working in banking, financial services, or enterprise environments
• Strong preference for candidates who have worked on:
• CRM implementations

• Enterprise system integration
