Job description
1. Having technical knowledge about Network Technology especially Aruba HPE/Ruckus/Cisco Enterprise.
2. Handling Second level support for technical issues on Network products.
3. Installing, implementing, troubleshooting, problem solving for project and supporting an enterprise’s users.
4. Collaborate with other departments related to project plans, customer prospects, and ongoing projects.
5. Handling several subordinates and supervising First level Engineer.
6. Responsible for fulfillment team certification
Job requirements
1. Male with Max age 30 years old
2. Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer & technology
3. Related 2 years’ experience with the same position.
4. Experience in implementing routers and switches will be an advantage.
5. Having technical knowledge about the deployment Network Management in enterprise environments (Aruba HPE/Ruckus/Cisco).
6. Having Cisco/Aruba HPE/Ruckus certification is an advantage.
7. Good in interpersonal skills, communication and able to work as part of a team.
8. Able to work independently with strong initiative and problem solver attitude.
