Job description

As an Event & Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in converting inquiries into successful events and meetings, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. You'll collaborate with departments to deliver high-quality events, arrange site inspections, and communicate clearly with clients.

Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, developing event packages to foster repeat business, and supporting the preparation of sales reports. You'll also engage in targeted sales activities to secure new clients during low-activity periods, and your participation in trade and travel shows will help promote the hotel's event services.

Job requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or sales marketing
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in using sales systems, Ms. Office (Ms. Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficiency in report generation and performance tracking
  • Demonstrated leadership in motivating teams and communicating goals
