The position requires essential skills such as food preparation, flavor pairings, cooking best practices, and managing the department's procurement process.


Guest Satisfaction

Personally deliver exceptional guest service: Assist and respond to guests in a friendly and positive fashion, while providing the highest level of service to the guest. Address guest needs and concerns in a proactive and effective manner. Set a strong example for other associates through exemplary guest service.


Leadership

Provide leadership, direction and motivation and create a stimulating environment where all team members clearly understand roles and responsibilities and feel involved, valued & supported. Take charge of training and development in the departments under your direct supervision.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years in a Head Chef position in a western kitchen. 
  • Coming from a 4-5 star background
  • Proven ability to manage results through team building and leadership. 
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
