Manager IT

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
• Manage and lead IT teams, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and systems.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's data and systems.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields (evaluation based on skills).
• At least 6 - 8 years experience as IT GRC positions.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Ability to plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from conception to completion.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams and making strategic decisions.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills to address complex IT challenges.
