Project Senior Surveyor

Overview:

The Senior Surveyor manages survey control across the site, ensuring accurate layout, measurements, and as-built data. This role supports civil, structural, and piping teams with precise survey information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead survey layout, control points, and alignment verification.

• Conduct as-built surveys for earthworks, concrete, structural steel, and piping.

• Maintain integrity and accuracy of all survey data.

• Oversee survey crews and daily assignments.

• Verify contractor survey results and ensure compliance.

• Support engineering with updated survey reports and maps.

• Manage and maintain Total Station, GPS, and survey equipment.

• Prepare survey logs and documentation for turnover.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years survey experience in construction or mining projects.

• Strong skills with Total Station, GPS, and survey software.

• Understanding of civil and structural construction tolerances.

• Excellent accuracy, detail orientation, and data management.

• Ability to lead survey teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
