Safety Supervisor

Overview:

The Safety Supervisor supports daily implementation of safety procedures and ensures field compliance with HSE requirements. This role conducts inspections, enforces permit systems, and helps maintain safety culture at the worksite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily safety inspections across construction areas.

• Facilitate toolbox talks and safety briefings.

• Enforce permit-to-work systems, including confined space and hot work.

• Record incidents, near misses, and support corrective action tracking.

• Monitor contractor HSE performance and compliance.

• Participate in risk assessments and safety reviews.

• Ensure PPE usage, signage, and housekeeping compliance.

• Support emergency response drills and safety campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction or industrial HSE roles.

• Certification in safety (AK3 Umum, HSE Officer, or equivalent).

• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures and regulatory standards.

• Good communication and observation skills.

• Ability to work in field conditions and supervise contractor compliance.
