Overview:
This role supports civil and infrastructure construction within the project’s owner scope, focusing on schedule, quality, and contractor coordination. The position ensures all supporting facilities and infrastructure are built to standard and align with the broader project objectives. The role requires an engineer experienced in infrastructure construction and capable of managing multiple contractors and field challenges simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor construction progress for all infrastructure packages.
• Serve as the main interface between owner, EPC contractors, and field teams.
• Ensure work execution aligns with technical drawings, codes, and specifications.
• Review and approve construction schedules, progress claims, and QA/QC documentation.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify issues affecting performance or quality.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for design and material readiness.
• Support preparation of project reports and dashboards for management.
• Promote safety compliance and ensure environmental protection standards are met.
Qualifications / Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years experience in infrastructure or industrial project construction.
• Strong understanding of civil works, utilities, and non-process facilities.
• Familiar with QA/QC, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and multiple work fronts.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction reporting systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with cross-functional teams.
