Job description
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and opinions to management and departments on operational, regulatory, and corporate matters.
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and government policies relevant to the company’s business and ensure proper implementation.
- Support compliance initiatives, including the development and enforcement of internal policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel for litigation, permits, and other legal matters as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of company legal records, licenses, and agreements.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.), preferably with a license to practice (Advocate/Peradi is an advantage).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably in the mining, energy, or natural resources sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly in corporate, contract, and labor law.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
