Commercial Manager

The Commercial Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of the mining operations. This includes budgeting, cost control, procurement, contract negotiation, vendor management, financial planning, and ensuring compliance with mining regulations and corporate governance standards. The role plays a key part in optimizing project economics, supporting operational efficiency, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Business/Finance or professional qualifications (CFA, CPA, CIMA) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in commercial, financial, or project control roles, with at least 5 years in mining, oil & gas, or other extractive industries.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, financial planning, and procurement management.
• Strong background in cost control, budgeting, and project economics.
• In-depth knowledge of mining industry regulations in Indonesia.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with financial modelling expertise.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and reporting tools.
