Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing and maintain all food and operating equipment as well as setting up and cleaning of the equipment during food service. Assisting chefs with food preparation if and when required.
• Experience in food preparation and cooking
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety
• Customer service skills
• Food and beverage service experience
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be able to communicate in English, oral and written
• Experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is a plus
• Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus
