Shop Supervisor - La Brisa

This is a full-time on-site role as Shop Supervisor at La Brisa to oversee the Retail Merchandise Shop. The Shop Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling merchandise and buying activities, monitoring inventory, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue.

Requirements:

- Visual Merchandising, Inventory Management, and Sales Strategy skills

- Experience in supervising a retail team and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Knowledge of hospitality and lifestyle industries

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
