Security Supervisor - La Santa Rosa

As a Security Head, will have to demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skill, strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety.

• High school diploma or general education degree required

• 3+ years of experience as a security manager / head with 5+ years of experience in security management

• Preferably experienced working in a hotel / any hospitality industry

• Good understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety

• Trained in First Aid/BLS and self-defense

• Registered as security officer (Gada Pratama)

• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse security team

• Physical fitness and the ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies

• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to security and safety in Indonesia

• Fluent in English and Bahasa

• Strong physique with minimum of 175cm heigh and 80kg weight.
