Security - La Santa Rosa

The security guard responsibilities include patrolling the premises, setting up security controls, monitoring property access, investigating suspicious behavior, and enforcing company policies. An outstanding security guard is required in order to remain calm and decisive in any situation, also should be highly observant and able to objectively assess the severity of a situation. They also need to respond to emergency situations and keeping track of all incidents on-site.

• High school diploma or general education degree required

• 1 years of experience as a security guard or similar role

• Preferably experienced working in a Hotel / Hospitality industry

• Good understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety

• Trained in First Aid/BLS and self-defense

• Registered as security officer (Gada Pratama)

• Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed

• Proficient written and oral communication skills (English and Bahasa)

• Strong physique with minimum of 175cm heigh and 80kg weight.
