Job description

The purchasing plays a fundamental role in the procurement process by assisting in the acquisition of goods and services required for the organization's operations. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring that all purchases align with the organization's budget and quality standards. Purchasing Staff are vital in supporting the efficiency and cost effectiveness of procurement activities.

Job requirements

  1. Proven Experience in procurement and supply chain management
  2. Ability to create and manage Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions
  3. Understanding of Purchase Management principles
  4. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  5. Keen eye for details and strong analytical skills
  6. Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  8. Experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus
