As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of La Favela Night Club. You will lead and manage a team, ensure exceptional service delivery, optimize operational efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of quality. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive guest experience and ensuring smooth club operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the club's operations, including staffing, inventory, logistics, and customer service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Monitor and analyze club performance, including sales, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Work very closely with the General Manager to coordinate with marketing and promotions teams to plan and execute events, ensuring they align with the club's brand and standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a nightlife or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
