Responsible for preparing, producing and presenting all foods according to the company standards as directed by the Chef in charge and provide superior quality food in a timely and professional manner.
• Certification in culinary arts or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Good knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques
• Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
• Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
• Experience in Asian cuisine is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory
