Cashier and Shop Attendant - La Plancha

The Cashier will be responsible for processing payments from customers, answering customer inquiries, issuing receipts and refunds, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Cashier will also communicate with other staff members to ensure smooth transactions and uphold the exceptional customer service standards of LYD Group.

• Do cashier preparation:  

   - Cleaning cashier area

   - preparing EDC machine for every bar

   - Preparing party box

   - Taking iPad and cashier key in CCTV

• Make sure all computer, printer, iPad, EDC machines are working

properly.

• Do inventory:

  - Inventory cigarette

  - Inventory EDC machine

• Maintain the area keep and tidy

• Double check and refill about first aid boxes

• Recording all the transaction

• Recording compliment bills

• Pay out regarding expenses

• Do transaction in cash or card

• Do settlement for EDC machine

• Make closing cashier report
