Product Manager (Execution Owner)

Key Responsibilities:

1) Maintain & Operate Existing Product

• Take ownership of ongoing operations, including issue triage, bug tracking, and change requests.
• Investigate production issues, coordinate fixes with developers, and validate fixes before release.
• Maintain and update product documentation when workflows, rules, or configurations change.

2) Deliver New Features for Existing Modules

• Gather requirements from Product Owner and stakeholders; clarify goals, scope, and constraints.
• Translate requirements into deliverables: PRD/BRD, user flows, business rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with engineering teams on estimation, sprint planning, milestone tracking, and delivery management.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure feature readiness for release (including regression testing and release checklist).

3) Build New Features for Existing Modules

• Convert stakeholder requests into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
• Manage scope changes, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs (scope vs timeline vs quality).
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders and engineering throughout development.

4) Measurement, Analysis, and Continuous Improvement

• Participate in defining and tracking product KPIs for assigned modules (adoption, usage, conversion, operational quality).
• Analyze data and feedback to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Propose and execute iterative enhancements based on insights.

5) Future Scope: White-label Client Operations Support

• Support operations and maintenance for white-label clients using the platform under different branding.
• Handle configuration requests, incident coordination, and product change requests with internal teams.

Requirements (Must Have):

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management / Project Management / Business Analysis with proven end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Strong ability to write clear and structured product documentation (PRD/BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile delivery practices.
• Strong QA mindset: ability to create test scenarios, reproduce bugs, run regression tests, and verify releases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple modules concurrently.

Preferred Qualification (Nice to Have):

• SQL knowledge (ability to run basic queries for validation, investigation, and measurement) is a strong plus.
• Experience with Mobile App product delivery (iOS/Android), CRM, promotions, loyalty programs, partnership/affiliate systems, or fintech platforms.
• Familiarity with product analytics/event tracking tools and KPI-driven iteration.
