Sourcing Officer

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and service.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
• Analyze industry trends, pricing structures, and supplier capabilities.
• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services in alignment with business needs.
• Monitor and analyze purchasing costs to identify areas for cost reduction.
• Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier reliability and market fluctuations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, and legal teams) to align sourcing strategies with company objectives.
• Prepare reports and analysis on sourcing activities, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives.

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Postgraduate Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Required skill(s) Strong negotiation skills and supplier management
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (oral & written) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, commercial, or sourcing.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and managerial skills
