Sales & Marketing

1.      Conduct prospecting for rental services (cars and motorcycles) through both direct and indirect sales, targeting both new and existing customers.

2.      Manage the sales process from quotation to delivery, including after-sales service.

3.      Ensure timely collection of Accounts Receivable (AR) with no pending balances.

4.      Handle sales administration, including data entry and preparation of sales reports.

5.      Manage customer complaints and build strong relationships with customers.

6.      Plan and execute promotional activities across various media channels (print and digital).

7.      Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and competitive dynamics.

1.      Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field.

2.      At least 8 years of experience as an Account Executive, Corporate Sales, or in B2B roles within the rental, outsourcing, or transportation/logistics service industry.

3.      Strong knowledge of automotive vehicles, especially cars.

4.      Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5.      Must have a valid driver's license (SIM A) and be willing to work in a mobile capacity.

6.      Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).

7.      Target-driven and accustomed to working in a goal-oriented environment.
