Corporate Planning Analyst

• Responsible to prepare & analyzing between budget vs actual in Monthly Management Report through excel and presentation that cocsist of operational and financial performance
• Responsible to prepare, compiling, and analyzing through excel and presentation that consist of workplan and budget from Business Unit. (Annual Business Plan, Strategic Business Plan and Reforecast Cycle)
• Responsible to assist Business Development team to deliver financial valuation for projects that consist of NPV & IRR
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with different departments to improve business processes.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, in Finance/Accountancy/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Required skill(s) Accounting, Finance Management and financial analysis, Team Leader, Decision Making.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (oral & written) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong Analytical Skill, financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Capable of identifying business risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate planning, financial analysis, or strategy roles.
