MARKETING

REQUIREMENTS:

- The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication and Media, Business Management, or other related fields.

- At least 1-2 years experience in Media Industries and or Cosmetic Industries. FMCG for kids would be preferable.

- Possess great achievement of selling with a fairly consistent number of sales month to month.

- Strong knowledge of marketing and selling processes of Media Industries and or Cosmetic Industries such as dealing with customer, booking approval etc.

- Good interpersonal, self-confidence, communication skills, and attention to detail.

- Tough personality and willing to work with a high mobility schedule.

- Target-oriented has experience selling high-end products and has many achievements.

- Highly organized, committed to delivering high-quality work and inquisitive with great follow-up.

- Ability to adapt quickly, manage and follow up sales team as well as agents, and work in a team and individually.

- Willing to work on weekends or holidays and be placed in Yogyakarta.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Find and meet buyer candidates to introduce and explain the company’s products.

- Develop and maintain relationships and follow up the buyer candidates to make further progress in buying the company’s essential products.

- Oversee and develop marketing campaigns including promotional activities.

- Manage a list of potential buyer candidates & conduct surveys to identify them.

- Maintain marketing and promotional tools.

- Organizing events.

- Maintain relationships with agencies and or related parties.

- Responsible for project sales for end-to-end.

- Identifying opportunities for further sales and new product development within the designated sales target.

- Oversee advertising, publicity and brand strategic management.
